The organisers of Glasgows Hogmanay celebration have announced the refund procedure. Full refunds are being given to the face value of the ticket plus the booking fee.
Glasgow Hogmanay organisers have cancelled the George Square celebrations (source bbc.co.uk) due to strong winds. Gusts of over 70mph causing crash barriers to be blown down meant that the safety of the public could not be guaranteed.
A real Hogmanay Hooley
For a real Hogmanay Hooley head to Lanark Memorial Hall on New Year's Eve.
This event normally sells out on the day the tickets go on sale but due to a restriction in the age of the children who can attend, we have some tickets left.
Chart topping Scottish band The Fratellis will play in both Glasgow and Edinburgh on the same night at Hogmanay.

Glasgow's Hogmanay Street Party, George Square, 8.30pm-1.30am.
The famous rivalry between Scotland's two biggest cities continues where Hogmanay is concerned too. Scotland's largest city has the second biggest Hogmanay celebration in Scotland (after Edinburgh) with tens of thousands of revellers taking to the streets and Glasgow's jumping club scene.
The main venue in Glasgow on Hogmanay night is George Square (pictured) with some classic local acts taking to the stage in the run up to the New Year.
Topping the bill are the Fratellis, Sandi Thom, Dundee band The View, with Donnie Munroe of Runrig fame and the Strathclyde Police Pipe Band leading the "Midnight Moment," with fireworks above George Square.
They are joined by MC Radio Clyde 1's Suzie McGuire and DJ Tam Coyle, street performers Mischief la Bas, who will be mingling with the crowd.
