Hogmanay is the New Year in Scotland. In Edinburgh, Hogmanay has evolved into a four day Winter Festival that takes place annually at the end of December and the beginning of January (29 December - 1st January).
The organisers of Glasgows Hogmanay celebration have announced the refund procedure. Full refunds are being given to the face value of the ticket plus the booking fee.
